Isabel Diaz began her career in advertising interning at a media research company called TNS MediaIntelligence in New York, NY and London, UK. She assisted the sales team in attaining customer contact information to drive new business. At CBS Local, Isabel took a deeper dive into digital advertising. She gained an enormous amount of knowledge of advertising technology in the Ad Trafficking department as well as campaign execution on the Account Management team. Isabel was responsible for the day to day management of national advertising sales. Afterwards, Isabel worked on the Ad Ops team at Match Media Group. Although she was not a match maker, Isabel served as the post-sales operations expert to ensure flawless international campaign execution resulting in $15 million in yearly revenue. She was the point of contact for troubleshooting any ad tech related issues.Isabel has recently started a new position as a Global Digital Advertising Operations Manager at Roku Inc. She is facilitating the expansion of the Ad Ops team into Canada, Latin America, Europe and Rest of World as well as managing the United States Ad Ops team that handles the Quick Service Restaurant vertical and campaigns stemming from Emerging Independent Agencies.She received her Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Trade from SUNY Oswego as well as her Masters of Business Administration from Baruch College. Isabel is of Puerto Rican decent and was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Her hobbies include reading, being a foodie and traveling.
