Partnered with leadership to make critical first year hires within a newly formed e-commerce team. Proceso Talent managed all recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiations. Key hires included 2 Directors of Engineering, VP of Product, 4 Principal Engineers, 10+ Senior Software Engineers, and multiple Principal Product Managers.

Partnered with Engineering Management to hire 6 full time employees. Hiring focus was on Senior Front End Engineers.

- Managed full-cycle technical recruiting processes: source, screen, interview, and hire (Director of Search Intelligence, Engineering Manager, Principal Platform Engineer)- Developed video job descriptions to use with job postings, where hiring managers briefly described an open role, to attract top talent on social media.- Trusted advisor to all hiring managers & interviewers, from role intake meetings and interview process management, to closing candidates.- Trained hiring managers on sourcing strategies and held weekly group sourcing events.- Mentored junior recruiters and coordinators on the Recruiting Team.- Planned company-wide Black History month activities and fundraisers.- Created amazing candidate experiences for everyone we interviewed.

Determine which candidates to pass onto next stage in process by conducting daily review of online applications. Conduct screening phone interviews with up to 50 candidates a week.
