As the sole repair manager, I documented, managed, and processedcustomer repairs. I also ensured accurate physical record keeping, inventory,shipping, and receiving as well as digital file management and data entry.My efforts led to efficiencies that streamlined the repairs division andincreased repair receipts by 75%. I was also in charge of procurement andensured that office and business supplies including but not limited to rawmaterials for repair were ordered and delivered in a timely and ongoingbasis. On the sales floor, I fielded customer phone calls and deliveredexceptional customer service using empathy and experience to assistcustomers in choosing the best items for their budgets and needs.

As a part of a small and dedicated sales team, I educated customers and sold avariety of mobile services and devices that suited their budgets and needs.

As a part of a larger team, I managed, maintained and supervised theongoing activities, safety and cleanliness of the gym environment while alsoattending to customer needs and operating the small retail POS. I personallytook responsibility for upholding and modeling best practices for safety andcleanliness standards.

I began in a warehouse role, and as part of a two man team, transitioned a6000 sq. ft. warehouse down to 3500 sq. ft. I was integral in preparing,cleaning, organizing, condensing, and completing a full re-inventory. Thisimproved loss prevention by 50%. I was later promoted to sales and assistedcustomers, managed inventory, and oce operations.

As my first role in customer relations at grocery store, I acted as both customerservice associate operating the POS as well as bagger. I also developed apersonal shopping role onsite assisting disabled guests.
