I oversaw my department with the assistance of upper management. Tasks include: Guest outreach, employee appreciation, safety training, implementing workflow procedures, coaching and training current and new associates, conduct interviews, adjust employee timecards, up-selling guest rooms, guest conflict resolution, and small accounting procedures.

My team and I created standard operating procedures to assist associates in providing Five-Star luxury experiences for our guests. I delegated tasks to associates within my department daily. I worked closely with upper-management to ensure that our standards were current, and ensured our associates were upholding them. I was responsible for resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities included:Opening and closing the business four days a week. Delegate employees to ensure tasks are done correctly. Greet members, as well as handle membership payments and the membership accounts.
