I am dedicated to delivering high-quality support and solutions to a diverse range of clients.Responsibilities and Duties* Project Management: Successfully manage nearly thirty projects for well-known local and international clients (including Maldives, Brunei, Cambodia, and Indonesia) as the main contact person.* Client Support: Provide reliable solutions for customer inquiries and issues related to HR systems.* Business Analysis: Act as a Business Analyst by managing customer developments and new requirements, communicating effectively with various teams, including the product development team.* Project Scope Management: Determine and manage project scope based on customer requirements, ensuring all specifications are met.* Development & Deployment: Develop and deploy various amendments according to client requirements using Stored Procedures, Queries, Triggers, and Functions.* Report Creation: Gather requirements and design Crystal Reports, ensuring they meet customer specifications.* Cloud Hosting: Manage cloud website hosting on platforms such as Azure and AWS.* User Training: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented systems.* Team Supervision: Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
