This enabled me to have more time & and to focus on a wider spectrum. Since then I've helped the family business by automating certain processes, cutting down redundancies & and improvising on the techniques - which ultimately led to impressive growth over the years.Managing a family business is quite different from running a startup. I consider myself to be lucky to have experienced the best of both (also the worst at times).I now teach & and impart my own experiences & and knowledge to business school students as well as try to promote the idea of being self-reliant, so that our nation can have more job creators.When it comes to startups - my main focus is to attain maximum with minimum investment. At times I recommend bootstrapping if possible. A business need not focus on just building valuation rather build something of real value. Having ample of cash inflows & a positive balance sheet (ofc the P&L) is what I personally prefer.
