I've actively engaged with rural communities, employing a multifaceted approach to gather data and facilitate positive change. Through surveys, focus group discussions, and the use of Participatory Rural Appraisal tools, I meticulously collected demographic data and unearthed valuable insights into the needs and resources of rural communities. My work extended to Belpada, where I conducted an in-depth analysis, identifying resource deficiencies and mapping sustainable livelihood options. One of my key achievements was the development of a comprehensive "Feasibility Study for Promotion of Women-led Self-Help Groups." This involved a meticulous study of self-help groups in the Kuarnmunda block under the Dumerjore gram panchayat. I thoroughly assessed the viability of women-led businesses, addressing their challenges, and proposing practical solutions. Additionally, I undertook a compelling case study titled "Plastic Waste Disposal Initiative" in Belpada village, showcasing how community-wide surveys led to environmentally responsible practices and raised awareness about the harmful effects of open-air plastic burning.
