Financial consultant with an extensive track record of over 25 years being engaged in a wide range of "financial engineering" activities including investment banking, cross- border corporate finance transactions, advising on many infrastructure, PPP and large scale real estate projects in Israel and overseas , capital raising for high tech ventures etc.Ishay has founded in 1998 the leading project finance and PPP financial advisory firm in Israel that was involved in advising and accompanying infrastructure projects and tenders in excess of USD 10Bn.During the last years I shifted my focus to the technology driven Israeli startups ecosystem,including my past engagement with a leading startup builder platform called 3D-Innotech, my entrepreunerial attempt to launch CO2Green -my own startup project in the sustainable freight transport arena,and recently with Kolorpen and DirecTrainSystems.I served on several Board of Directors.Finally,and since two years ago, I also became a part time Playwright turning my creativity passion and vast knowledge base to write all sorts of Theater plays (Drama, Comedy, Musical Play) and I am having a lot of fun in doing it.
