Responsibilities:-Manage day-to-day operations of the iBEST including research administration, facilities management, membership engagement, community outreach, communications, and other strategic initiatives.-Provide executive-level support to the Directors and Executives including strategy, analysis, budget and forecasting, metrics, and communications. -Chiefly organize the iBEST Symposium, an annual, joint research conference, from planning to execution, showcasing healthcare research and innovation from both the university and hospital.-Liaison between Ryerson's engineering/science departments, Office of Research and Innovation, and external contacts as well as with research staff and clinical faculty at St. Michael’s Hospital for various projects.-Developing marketing and communications for various events to promote and advance the iBEST profile and reputation.
