AMWI AI is an online recruiting tool for hiring managers. Collected LinkedIn profiles of out-of-work/looking for work users, and pulled data of workers in the Bay Area laid off during the pandemic. Cleaned and prepared data to train AMWI’s machine learning model, which would predict availability scores based on individual user profiles. Performed user experience research and testing on the AMWI AI product, which determines availability scores of potential job candidates. Tested the new chatbot feature from employer and employee use cases and implemented design fixes. Provided write-up of methods to improve the user workflow.
