Responsibilities within the FP&A team involved – • Revenue and Pipeline Analysis by the new Enterprise model leveraging to run the business better• Review and analyze the performance management reporting of actual monthly results and variances for Sales, Revenue, Costs, Headcount, Capital Expenditure and other KPIs• Sales Review analysis for the Middle East Region• Product usage Analysis• Deeper analysis of the Revenue through the most important metrics like price changes• Sales Commit and Sales review to understand how the business will perform in the next quarter following with actions to be taken• Analysis of Cancellations from Clients, Retention %• Compare Actuals (Operating Costs, Capital spend and Headcount), on a monthly basis, with Plan and Forecast numbers. Submit revised forecast based on analysis and year-to-go outlook.• Preparation of dashboards to show complete performance on a monthly basis along with the variance analysis• Doing a white-space analysis on the products with an objective to give leads to the Sales Specialist

• Develop knowledge and content strategy to provide the business intelligence required to operate and grow Deloitte’s Federal practice and to respond to changing public demands as they relate to current trends and business issues• Work closely with the US counterparts to identify business development priorities and influence overall firm strategy, besides supporting client relationship-building activities• Provide design, integration, documentation and implementation related advice on complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation• Analyze the metric reports published monthly to know the readability of the site• Understanding the client requirements, innovative designing and suggestions to build out the sites/pages/dashboards.• Handle special projects related to KS Awareness initiative on our Federal Sector and proactively planned promotional strategies on site• Create year-end reports for clients to showcase achievements and analyze the future work plan for the coming year. Prepare decks for leadership, to be presented in front of external clients to acquire business• Conduct extensive research on internal and external sites to improve content quality and assure sharing the content with practitioners.
