Advancing to the position of Warehouse/ Logistics Coordinator at Nestlé Nigeria Plc in 2012, I was saddled with the responsibilities of optimizing warehouse inventory by coordinating seamless sourcing and influx of raw materials from over 10 vendors and the stable supply of same to the production section. From 2007 to 2011, I worked as Operational Buyer at Nestlé Nigeria Plc. Within this role, I was responsible for purchasing goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. In my quest to constantly streamline business process, I monitored the prompt confirmation of purchase orders, timely delivery of goods and appropriate receipt of invoices from 50+ vendors.As part of my notable contributions, I recorded 100% safety of more than 75 members of staff by developing and implementing safety measures throughout the organization in accordance with Safety Health Environment (SHE) standards.
