I was leading LTI's global relationships with strategic partners IBM, Redhat, AWS, and GCP. I also managed Pega relationship when LTI acquired Ruletronics and we scaled our Pega relationship significantly. I was managing a team of 6 alliance managers to drive joint business initiatives in the areas of Hybrid and Public Cloud, Migration and Modernization, Data on Cloud, SAP, IoT and asset management, Digital Integration and Automation and Security. for the exceptional results delivered, I received GoMx Hall of Fame 2021 award ( highest award at LTI for performance).

Usa & India

I joined Tech Mahindra as part of its prestigious Global Leadership Cadre (GLC) program. This program gave me opportunity to get mentored by senior leadership of the organization and I worked on initiatives which had significant impact across the org. I started with India sales and did business development for telecom vertical where I signed a large engagement with a govt entity in the domain of IPv6. As I established my credibility in the market, I got my first alliances role when I took up India and south Asia alliances charter for telecom vertical and was instrumental in driving multiple large deals with key partners. In 2015 I moved to New Jersey to drive Tech Mahindra's regional 360 degree relationship with IBM. I drove both joint business growth as well as Tech Mahindra sales initiatives within various IBM business groups. During my time we closed some of the largest deals in that region.

I did one year full time MBA in General Management. I was the Class representative and member of student affairs council(SAC) of XLRI. I was also entrusted with the responsibility of Coordinator for the 25 member student group to IESEG France. My area of interest were Service Marketing and operation, B2B marketing, marketing research, and business development in IT industry.

New Delhi Area, India

I Started my professional journey with MTNL as Assistant Manager Trainee. MTNL was a premier Indian govt owned PSU under the category of Navratna at that time. I was among the toppers of the batch during my training time and started in Delhi Circle in Telecom projects. I setup telecom Infrastructure in some of the key locations in Delhi. I was taking care of operations at one of the largest telephone exchange in west Delhi for some time. My team was selling and architecting solutions involving leased lines, Broadband, and Voice services for major clients of MTNL. When MTNL launched first broadband in India, I was part of the core team and was responsible for managing the network operating centre (NOC) catering to Broadband services for Delhi. My team commissioned and managed networks of Huawei and Alcatel, monitoring vital equipment like remote access servers and tier 1 & 2 switches.During my tenure at MTNL I Managed relationships with various product vendors, intra organization departments, government agencies and clients.
