Hey there, I’m Isis! Thank you so much for stopping by today!I am in the beginning of my thirties and I'm striving to find a career that will allow me financial stability, while also being able to continue doing the things I'm passionate about. I am someone who truly believes in the statement that if you're doing what you love, you'll never work a day in your life!I would describe myself as an outgoing and motherly woman who wears her heart on her sleeve. I love doing my part in society by trying to be the good part of at least one person's day. I am a mother of two and my children mean the world to me. In my spare time, I run a personal blog, Goddess Column, where I share my truths about adulthood from my personal experiences.I have years of experience doing many different jobs because I have always been the kind of woman who believes that I can have the desires of my heart. I am always looking for new opportunities to help me grow and develop and I enjoy learning new tricks and trades that will eventually lead me to the best quality of life that I can have. With that, I've occupied positions in public relations, freelance writing, retail management, food service management, childcare, and culinary arts. I am a motivated self-starter and a great leader. I am always willing to go above and beyond and I love everything about team building! I have always been the type of leader that enjoys icebreakers, team building/bonding events, and even facilitating teachable moments and hard conversations. I definitely believe that continued support and a great rapport with your team members are essential to any lasting business, position, and professional relationships. I believe in both giving and receiving constructive criticism in efforts to teach, build, and foster personal and professional growth and development. While I have moved around a lot in my career search, I always give notice and do my best to retain a healthy relationship with all of my former employers.
