• Responsible for clear and effective communication between housekeeping and other departments.• Fill in for staff where necessary.• Order supplies as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Director.• Report all work orders to engineering/maintenance any and all problems needing repairs.• Focus on Special Emphasis on Priority and VIP guests.• Create a courteous friendly, professional, work environment through open line of communication.• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standard.• Inspect and maintain hotel rooms daily.• Maintain a regular deep cleaning program, a monthly planner consisting of a project a day. Floor/carpet care. Flipping of mattresses (Keeping records/check lists).• Assist Housekeeping Manager in maintaining a monthly linen inventory (must be completed on 30th to the 1st of every month). Supply inventory should be done once a week (order as needed).• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working

• Assisting the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeper in the daily operations of the 350 room Property.• Handling and Answering guest requests.• Responsible for Running a Smooth operation from the Control desk.• Abiding high standards of quality using Standards of Procedures (sops) and Policy’s + Procedures (p + PS).• Completing guest requests and updating them using a hotel system Opera (Hospitality Software) for future stays aiding to maintain standards of blowing the guest away.• Planning and assigning room charts to staff.• Updating and releasing room’s status for selling.• Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations, leading to accurate guest service.• Maintaining and updating guest Lost and Found using the Computer spread sheet as per the hotel policy and procedures of valuable and non-valuable Lost and Found.• Providing accurate weekly inventory (guest supplies/amenities).• Inspecting rooms and releasing as per standards of hotel.• Set up the Housekeeping floor operations during the initial handover period• Appointed as Department Learning Coordinator• Supervision of floors , public area• Assisted in creating all floor care and maintenance program
