• Supervise the activities of IT operation• assesses help desk inquiries• handling & follow-up service desk escalations• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved• Monitor & assign & priorities tickets through ticketing system• Ensure all the ticket closure• Audit Tickets response & Quality• Ensure ticketing system meet IT SLA• Discuss the IT ticketing reports with IT Manager• initiate & Follow-up & get approval Purchasing cycle• Manage & report IT warehouse stock availability• Coordinates the day-to-day operational delivery of IT services to support the sites

• Responsible for diagnosing & resolving hardware, software & end user’s problems • Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries. • Working within a TCP/IP network environment, including DHCP, DNS and Ethernet • Involved in the rollout of software updates and patches. Investigate specialist and complex IT support issues. Communicating with third party technical specialists. Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures. • Maintaining a wide range of computer hardware and software programs. Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades. Provide secondary support for LAN administration. • Responsible for allocating work to junior staff and induction training for new staff. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows up to date client operating systems • Windows client & MS Office latest.

• Complete work orders for faculty and staff using copier or printing systems.• Maintain all equipment in proper working condition by making necessary repairs and adjustments whenever possible. Call repair service whenever necessary. Report all malfunctions to supervisor.• Record all work orders as they are completed in the logbook.• Maintain accurate record of paper inventory.• Maintain appropriate supply of inventory.• Conduct self responsibly in all facets of job relating to health and safety procedures. • Provide reception duties for the Copy Center by assisting students, faculty, and staff in greeting them at the front desk, answering phone calls, or receiving and responding to correspondence as necessary. • Perform other duties of a similar nature as directed.
