- Respond to customer requests for buy and sell of stocks via telephone and email.- Execute/Distribute orders passed by the Sales Traders and report execution. Work on sourcing liquidity from other Brokers/Clients and build a database of available block securities.- Meeting and discuss with client which shares to buy or sell to get them the best return on their investment and report to clients regarding stock markets and Monitor clients investments - Work closely with Sales traders to insure best executions for all clients.- Perform customer information validation and order validation while taking orders on a transaction from the customer - Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.- Follow update news and information regarding global and local stock market, Gold Price, Oil and Gas price, etc.

- Responsible for sales movement.- Follow indebtedness and financial collections.- Pay any debt as it comes due for paymen.t- Issue invoices to customers and expenditure.- Handling daily imports and exports cash and record receipts and make bank deposits.- Maintain the petty cash fund.- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.- Preparing accounts and tax returns.- Administering payrolls and controlling income. - Make financial report, accountant and book keeping.

- Answering any queries from customer thru phone and email and distributing to internal company.- Prepare Document security transactions, such as purchases, sales, conversions, redemptions, or payments, using computers, accounting ledgers, or certificate records.- Verify ownership and transaction information and dividend distribution instructions to ensure conformance with governmental regulations, using stock records and reports.- Calculate total holdings, dividends, interest, transfer taxes, brokerage fees, or commissions and allocate appropriate payments to customers.- Prepare reports summarizing daily transactions and earnings for individual customer accounts.- Prepare forms, such as receipts, withdrawal orders, transmittal papers, or transfer confirmations, based on transaction requests from stockholders.- Copying, scanning and produce letter, documents and databases entry use Ms. Word and Ms. Excel- Assist with preparation of documents and presentations.- Prepares and disseminates internal and external communications including: Escheatment Letters & Filings Audit Confirmation Letters- Maintains department documentation including: Financial Statements Journal Entries Account Reconciliations
