Working in ADM with IT department for service assurance of the billing & charging developed offers.Scope:1- Receive CRs from Ooredoo marketing team to deploy new (prepaid or postpaid) offers.2- Follow up on the solution architectures to finish the feasibility studies & design.3- Follow up on developers to build the codes & run it on test bed.4- Follow up on test team to prepare the test cases, run the needed tests and reports after tests.5- Send closure reports of CRs to Ooredoo teams.6- Insure all developers & testers teams are fully utilized.

Kuwait

1- Managing the roll out activities for Huawei projects in 3 accounts ( Ooredoo, Viva & Zain) as a main subcontractor for Huawei in Kuwait.2- Handle the daily requests of trouble tickets resulting from expansion activities.3- Plan & execute the micro management plan for all the field resources in the 3 accounts of Huawei projects.4- Supervise and track the Environmental Health and Safety training and violation tickets for all teams working in field tasks.5- Preparing the financial analysis, processes & SOW documents related to new opportunities.

Kuwait

1- Managing the implementation of new sites (63 sites).2- Implementation manager for new LTE project (LTE PH 3), 300 E-node B were added in live network. (Resources dimensions, material planning and risk assessment). 3- Implementation manager for the below trials: (started 1st of June and closed by end of December 2014)A- 35 Advanced LTE additions in network (Done successfully).B- 5 small cells additions in network (4 micro RBS + 1 PICO RBS) (Done successfully).4- Implementation manager for Network expansion (141 different activities) (Resources dimensions, material planning, risk assessment and driving the implementation teams). The implementation phase started 15th October and project was closed by end of December 2014.5- Implementation manager for new LTE project (LTE PH 4), 49 E-node B were added in live network. (Resources dimensions, material planning, risk assessment and driving the implementation teams). The implementation phase started 15th November and project was closed by end of November 2014.

Smart Village

Working in rollout coordination for Vodafone 2G and 3G swap project (Modernizing the network from 2000 & 3000 series to 6000 series with all requirements), Deal with large numbers of stakeholders and work on all expectations. Managing large numbers of ASPs and site supervisors (6 ASPs and 10 site supervisors) with different competences, monitoring all work statistics. Reporting to high level management. Working in a coordination team to achieve a target of 85 modernized sites per month.Scope:1- Assigning survey work orders to ASPs and collecting the reports from site supervisors.2- Collecting the required data from integration team to be used in material ordering.3- Comparing the collected data from both integration team and surveying to determine the civil requirements for each site.4- Sending the material requirements to IE team to start creating site BOQ and material ordering.5- Coordinate the delivery process between the retention teams and logistics team to guarantee the material delivery as per the customer requests.6- Assigning sites to ASPs as per market share and as per the scope (telecom or civil).7- Planning sites (delivery, preparation, cutover, dismantling and acceptance).8- Arranging the dismantled material return to Vodafone ware house.9- Follow up on all site supervisors to execute the process with no violation.10- Follow up with the optimization team to insure that sites KPIs as before swap and if there is bad KPI, solutions should be implemented ASAP.11- Preparing presentations for 2 weekly meetings (1’st for the project management team & 2’nd with the customer) to show up the progress, discuss problems and monitoring the target.

-Installation supervisor for Ericsson cabinets in Telma account (Telecomm Malagasy) (Responsible for the cabinets installation supervision, the power system to it and the cabling from/to the DDF&ODF in the switch rooms, preparing the C-module as built, preparing and printing labels).- Implementation auditor in Ericsson Zain account (assisting the PM to supervise the installations inside the switch rooms and auditing the work of other subcontracors).- Preparing quotations for small work orders.- Office controller and costs analyzer for all budgets for GLEXTEL affairs in Madagascar.

- Hardware Installation supervisor for all teams working in Vodafone projects. - Working as project engineer in Mobinil IN project charging of :Supervising the activities, planning for installation of some power and IN equipments, troubleshooting some problems in this project.- Managing and supervising 4 installation teams.

Algeria

-Installation coordinator for Ericsson project (Charge system), installation in Djezzy (OTA operator in Algeria) (Responsible for the CCN cabinets installation and the power system to it, preparing the C-module as built, preparing and printing labels).-Working in Ndjema (Watanya Operator in Algeria) projects. (Sharing in dismantling and swapping Ericsson BSC's hardware).

- Hardware Installer for all works which concerns with the AXE and AXD (Ericsson platforms) cabinets such as:( earthquake bases , installing all cabinets like BSC, MSC, MGW , RNC, TSP,SGSN,… installing all magazines inside the cabinets, installing cables between cabinets and routers ,DDF and ODF).- Installing power supply systems, batteries systems.- Working in Vodafone, Etisalat, Mobinil and Telecom Egypt projects.(Especially Vodafone).
