- Managed to coordinate the efforts of the HR team to submit all the Project’s deliverables on time.- Supported the Change management endeavors throughout the Group.- In addition to handling and follow up the HR daily operations including but not limited to: recruitment, , and HR policies and procedures implementation.

• Personnel: Manage employee vacations, send monthly attendance, overtime and absence reports to department heads & Apply deductions. Contract Renewals and Develop and update organizational chart monthly.• Recruitment: Receive hiring requests from head of departments, search CVs through different recruitment sources like database, advertising ads, Job hunting and attending employment fairs, screen CVs and short list suitable candidates, conducting HR interviews, sending rejection letters or prepare job offer letters.• Onboarding & Induction: Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits. Counsels employees (and potential employees/applicants) on plan provisions so that individuals can make informed decisions on benefits.• Termination: Perform exit interviews, finalize the exit process with employees.• Internships: Coordinate internship programs.• Performance Evaluation: Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems. Participates in surveys to ensure pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations and meets organizations objectives.• Maintains company organization charts & create new ones according to recruitment plans. • Update Probation log & follow up with managers for confirmations /terminations.• Involve in preparing HR documents that refereed by employees i.e.; Experience letters, HR letters.• Update Job descriptions.• Updating Monthly reports (turnover, Headcount, Recruitment analysis & Achievements).•
