• Managing development projects to develop (Marketing-Sales-Customer Service & IT) Departments• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.• Closes new business deals with vendors by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

System Management Center (SMC) Senior Specialist Operation Development, Customer Care, Vodafone Egypt• Handling all communication and coordination between Customer Care and Technology Department, to ensure that the System, Network outages, Users & customer issues are solved
