• Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with legislative and government laws, while representing the company in all legal proceedings, lawsuits, and contract negotiations with stakeholders. • Reviewing the company's internal systems and regulations to ensure compatibility with prevailing legislation; including reviewing organizational practices on a periodical basis to protect the company against legal risks. • Initiate all possible legal corrective actions including legal actions in relevant courts against loan customers who failed to pay their installments on time • Represent the company in entire judiciary processes against external or internal parties/individuals or organizations toward whom FMF may have a financial, criminal or reputation protection claim, or who claimed the same from FMF. • Support internal investigations conducted on the company’s employees who violate the rules and regulations of the company, internal procedures, or governmental or external laws and regulations. • Drafting, reviewing, and handling the corporate legal documentation for Board of Directors, Risk, Audit, Governance Committees, and all specified committees; this includes ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings. • Keeping official documents of the company up to date, and helping to draft, and negotiate all company contracts with internal, external, or third parties, related to various activities performed by the company. • Liaise with finance department and company accountants on all taxation issues. • Provide legal advice to the company management whenever needed. • Oversee and support the implementation of corporate governance.

• Representing the company in dealing with prosecutions - police departments - and courts - attending sessions in all types of cases - and dealing with all branch problems legally. • Collecting and validating the information on cases that are restricted to or against the company, dealing with any legal or administrative problem, and addressing any government employee or public authority personnel dealing with the company or its employees. • Dealing with the courts, responding to the communications of the judicial departments and the prosecution, and responding to the requests of these bodies from the company. • Keeping the related documentation in a proper filing system to ensure the history of data and its accessibility to all team members. • Stays up to date with the periodical government laws and regulations to ensure Raya’s compliance with all national and international updates.•Writing, reviewing contracts and other contractual agreements and dealing with GAFI & FRA (Drafting and Authenticating).•Providing legal consultancy from incorporation to liquidation ( including without limitation to drafting and ratification of Ordinary, Extra ordinary General assemblies and board meetings, Amending companies legal forms)•Providing legal opinions related to general aspects of clients' work. Carrying out legal studies, formulating legal opinions•Follow up on the periodic work with clients in terms of legality and compliance with Egyptian laws•Ensure that clients companies regulations and policies are in line with Egyptian laws and assess the legal position of the companies•Issuing invoices and following up the collection of fees after presenting to the managing partner , accounting department•Follow up legal procedures in all governmental and non- governmental agencies.
