With a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Cairo University and multiple certifications in data science and analytics, I have a strong foundation in data analytics and business intelligence. I have leveraged my skills and knowledge to deliver data-driven insights and solutions to various multinational telecommunication companies, such as Teleperformance and Vodafone, where I developed and executed campaigns, dashboards, models, and strategies that enhanced the performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue of the business units I supported.Currently, I am a Workforce & MIS Lead at DAMAC Properties, where I oversee the staffing, forecasting, planning, and consulting functions for the workforce management team. I use SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, and Sharepoint to create and automate reports, analyses, and presentations that inform and influence key decisions and actions. I have also implemented several process improvement initiatives that have improved the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of the workforce operations and reports. I am passionate about learning new things and meeting new people, as I believe that these are the keys to personal and professional growth. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that allow me to apply and enhance my analytical, technical, and communication skills.
