At iyzico, I am responsible for overseeing the deliverables and task distribution of the design team. I manage the design processes and UX workflows for both B2B and B2C products. I play an active role in user interviews and analysis during the inception of major projects and throughout the UX stages. I create wireframes and oversee their conversion into UI designs, delegating tasks based on team competencies and ensuring proper tracking. Additionally, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining iyzico's design system, completing all aspects of the atomic design system architecture.

Tech Hub Turkey, within the framework of Delivery Hero, I took on the role of Sr. Product Design and participated in the digitalization and design system creation processes for Foodpanda. I was involved in creating templates for web and mobile web designs for 15 different countries. Additionally, I became one of the responsible designers for the renewal project of all brands' websites within the Delivery Hero network. I was part of the team responsible for adapting non-responsive components designed exclusively for the app to web resolutions by creating libraries and ensuring their compatibility with the existing design system.During the renewal project, I developed designs and rules for specific areas such as Findability, Legibility & Accessibility. I assisted in creating a library for Accessibility and implemented special designs for SEO during the improvement processes of existing designs. Taking a key role in the SEO improvement process for all Delivery Hero brands, I ensured both the design and determination of pages, whether redesigned or created from scratch.

I conducted user interviews for Yemeksepeti's web, mobile web, and application designs during the digital transformation process. Based on the results of these interviews, I took on the tasks of determining strategies for improvement in the transformation process and implementing these steps. I also assisted in creating new designs for the development of redesigned interfaces and in establishing libraries for these designs.I took on responsibilities in Yemeksepeti's B2B projects and mentored junior to mid-level designers to actively participate in evolving system designs and adapt to new design processes.

Additionally, I managed the Discover-Define-Ideate-UI design processes for web or application projects for any brand that was a client of the agency, and I was the person responsible for transferring the designs to development.In addition to my UI-UX responsibilities, I was the final approval authority in the pre-print control mechanism for designs such as social media, corporate identity, and catalogs of junior and mid-level designers, for any brand affiliated with the agency.

At Hasbro, I was responsible for the design of all printed promotional materials and the packaging of upcoming board games. I played a role in creating new branding and aligning these brands with the corporate identity. Thanks to my drawing - digital painting skills, I collaborated with creative writers in the preparation of storyboards for commercials.

I started working part-time as a graphic designer by passing a specially organized exam for the university's advertising-promotion department.
