Performs Supervisory functions at branch level as established by the management. - Prepares and obtains approval for Branch marketing plan with clear Sales and Service objectives, and ensures targets cascaded to all staff for their individual performance plans. Holding regular meetings to update them on the branch performance. - Meets customers and responds to their inquiries and complaints. Investigates and takes necessary action, aiming to exceed customer’s expectations. - Reviews all applications prepared by personal bankers and relationship officers including new accounts, loan and credit card. To ensure know your customer policy and guidelines are adhered to at all times. In order to forward along to necessary departments. - Holds regular staff meetings to brief staff on future plans, branch and bank performance and cascade any relevant group/senior management messages. - Promotes and maintains friendly relations with Retail and Corporate clients, to capture new business and sell the full range of the banks services. Attend important Retail and Corporate VIP client meetings to attend personally to their service.- Participates in the local community activities with the aim to develop new business and to promote the services of the branch.
