•Take the lead role in building bus project activity within an assigned by customer.•Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum quarterly and annual sales objectives.•Work closely with the operational and tele-services teams, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met.•Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the sales process.•Engage, equip, and lead all sales channels (including distribution partners) with appropriate training, tools, and strategy development for MDOL products/services.

1) Establish the training and retrainning program for all subordinate and perform evaluation on the effectiveness after training conducted.2) Ensure all subordinate understanding and adherence on the company's quality system, rule's and regulation.3) Review and approve to stop any not capable processes for improvement action .4) Initial MRB meeting on the disposition for any non corforming product/material and ensure that furtheraction being carried out are within specific time frame.5) Initial the corective action request pertaining to the quality issue arieses and follow up on the effectiveness of action in places.6) Implement necessary control action to prevent any reorcurrence of quality issue.7) Performed localisation project as and when necessary.8) Ensure Quality System are following rule and adherence with ISO/TS 16949.

1) Filter and identify all the reject symptom at incoming parts before deliver to production.2) Communication and troubleshoot qualityissues feedback by costumer.3) Guided Quality performance for all electrical supplier4) Audit supplier5) Responsible on the planing, organizing,monitoring and controlling for all subordinate and ensure smooth operation of qualitty activities.6)Analyze for any non-conformance arises pertaining to quality issue together with production personnel and study / evaluated the matter to prevent recurrence

1) Troubleshoot all quality issues highlighted during pre- production and mass production ( especially related with PCB quality )2) Set up new line for new model3) Repair defect pcb especially "hard PCB"
