Responsibilities included handling RHMS (Rental Housing Management System) and CPS (Car Park System) program implementations. Introducing a COGNOS framework in the project right from designing table relationships and introducing data to designing and producing project reports – this effort was undertaken to replace the existing SAS/Easytrieve report system. I was also responsible for form and letter printing – an essential part of Customer Relationship. Implemented a major migration effort in the project.
