I worked as an intern and my duties included answering phones, assisting customers to find products to fit what were often very specific requests, and also to assist in the organisation and execution of various events such as new brand launches. We were also frequently invited to attend workshops with some of the perfumers themselves, thereby being privy to unusual amounts of insight into the creative process behind the products themselves.
