I’m a creative instructional designer with a love of learning science. I specialise in making innovative and impactful eLearning.At Onpath, I help clients harness the full potential of eLearning using evidence-based instructional design to connect with learners and meet business goals. Storytelling and integration of real-world challenges are central to my approach, and I enjoy using technology to find new ways of engaging and challenging learners.Among my past endeavours, I’ve worked as a digital content writer. It was during this time that I created several client onboarding resources, and my love of eLearning was sparked! Prior to that, I worked as an administrator for an ASX200 listed copper mine. This role included oversight of the company’s training administration and I developed a strong understanding of training implementation and management within a highly regulated industry.As a psychology honours graduate, I’m passionate about using evidence-based learning principles to inform my design. Like most people, I thrive when the work I’m doing is meaningful, which is why I’m driven to create learning experiences that make a difference.
