In March 22, I was promoted to the role of SEO manager, bridging the gap between the Design, Content & Technical teams. My passion for digital-first strategies and data has allowed me to take on this new challenge. This role has provided me with the opportunity to utilise my skills in market research, keyword research, and competitive analysis, to develop an informed SEO strategy that has since been adopted by the whole company. This new role has positioned me as the campaign informer across all of our clients. In short, this means that I am responsible for designing effective marketing strategies and creating timely and engaging content optimised for specific platforms. Along with this new role also came the responsibility of client relationship manager for two accounts, a personal injury law firm based in Australia and a leading Irish-owned fire and security provider. Along with a new focus on SEO I also became responsible for managing and developing effective paid media strategies and online marketing campaigns. Through PPC strategies that focus on keyword and audience opportunities, I was able to generating valuable leads and conversions for all clients. This role has allowed me to explore new opportunities in website development. In 2022 so far, I have been heavily involved in the development of three websites. I worked with the technical team through the website development process, from 'structure' to launch. This has given me the opportunity to work with the Technical Director on developing UX and UI strategies. In this process I have been lucky to work with web developers who have allowed me to expand my website knowledge beyond wordpress and have taught me how to work with Elementor, and I have since begun to teach myself CSS and JavaScript.

This role was focused on supporting the content team through the management and maintenance of the content on my clients websites and social media to increase engagement, ensuring an effective strategic content and digital process.This role progressed into allowing me managing two clients, a software solutions provider and a personal injury law firm. The initial brief for both clients was to generate brand awareness through social media and website campaigns.In this role, I produced two successful award submissions that led to my clients being highly commended at the Modern Law Awards.

In this role I assisted with the Covid-19 Vaccine roll out in my area. I initially took on this role in a voluntary position but I was invited to join the team in a full time role shortly after. In this role I was responsible for co-ordinating hundreds of volunteers and maintaining their safety when they were on-site. This involved me delivering daily safety briefings to nurses, volunteers and security staff. I was also responsible for managing changes to the site and delegating roles to other staff members. The safety of the patients on site was the priority, liaising with and managing security staff, whilst on and off site meant that I was responsible for the safety of the site 24hrs a day.In this role I was lucky to have the opportunity to deputise for the site managers and co-ordinate with NHS Solent and their teams around the area.

During my time at University, I worked as a Sales Associate for the Homewares, Menswear and Womenswear departments.

Seasonal Work. This role required me to independently lead a group of Young People, ages 15-17, through the NCS programme. I oversaw activities and games to ensure that the Young People were kept engaged and gained maximum benefit from the educational programme.In this role I Completed First Aid Training, including CPR for infants. I also underwent PREVENT training, Drug Awareness training, Safeguard training as well as training on Special Educational Needs.

During College, I applied for the role of Customer Assistant. I was responsible for the store’s opening and closing routine including cashing up to compliance standards. I worked across several departments and undertook additional training outside of work in order to become a ‘No7’ assistant.
