• Monitoring all aspects of product life cycle.• Engage with product managers to setup the product development plan.• Provides reports, analyse and interpret the costs and pricing data to the management.• Support and Coordinate with the Account Managers and Business Development Sales Representative.• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics departments.• Escalation point for customer’ issues and concerns. And to be addressed in a timely fashion to ensure customer’ satisfaction.

• Receive and document daily mails and emails (inbox, outbox) and record in relevant records.• Manage, organize, and document all internal memos between departments.• Welcoming visitors, and organizing managerial appointments, and meetings.• Organize and manage, all the electronic communications that include faxes, telephones, and emails.• Follow up purchase orders and delivery orders, and to assure that the company is meeting all the promised deadlines and schedules.• General archive management of the company, and develop an indexing system, allowing easy filing and documentation, and speed of handling and preserving them from damage.

• Advise present or prospective customers by Replying customer’s queries via phone calls & Emails. • Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.• Managing customer’s complains and escalations.• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.• Update the communication matrix of customers.
