-Responsible for delivery of key production performance indicators: Safety, Quality, Volume and Cost.-Direct day-to-day activities to achieve a lean and efficient manufacturing process: Employee relations, Headcount management, hiring of highly motivated and skilled associates, identification of problems, resolution of bottlenecks, etc.-Work with the international product development team to ensure manufacturing reliability, Product Excellence, and Integration of new Products.-Maintain high product quality, safety and yield while ensuring optimal cost, use of resources and adherence to best safety practices.-Lead team to utilize Problem Solving tools to characterize equipment or processes operating limits, and robustness.-Career development and management of staff to drive growth, opportunities, and retention of talent. -Ensure environmental and legal compliance within the area of responsibility.-Drive 6S Principles.

- Managing the process engineering team- Ensuring optimum levels of operability and maintainability- Establishing process definitions for all the stages of project life cycle- Ensuring that the project is executed with good quality and budget control processes- Optimizing process systems for operational efficiency and cost savings- Plan organizational and technical strategies impacting budget, staff, goals, and company culture- Recruit, train and guide resources to improve productivity

- Functional leader of new product implementation- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned engineering projects (Gate reviews)- Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions

- Dedicated production line support(Assembly/Pressing/Screwing)- Coordinate projects and implementation of new products(APQP)- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, suppliers and customers

- Dedicated production line support (Thick-film technology/General assembly)- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise- Preparing production line specification, supplier selection, take over, serial implementation and supervision- Report and escalate to management as needed- Create and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation, plans and reports

- Organizing customer visits/audits- Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality- Improve product quality by making recommendations for change- Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process- Gravity casting technology and machinery
