As the Product Owner of the CTO Office Squad, my job is to manage and deliver IT4IT initiatives in agile way of working:- align the execution of IT4IT developments in line with local and NN Group IT strategy- do upstream analysis with the allocated business analysts- coordinate the execution of the IT initiatives in close connection with IT Epic Owner - try to allocate as much development to vendors as possible- do the testing of the developments with the allocated testers within the team- minimize other business squad involvement during upstream and downstream phases of deliveries.

As Enterprise Process Optimization Chapter Lead, manager of all testers, business analysts and release managers at NN, my key responsibilities were in agile way of working:- managing 20 chapter members (testers, business analysts, release managers)- creating an IT community within and outside the chapter: knowledge sharing sessions, establishing both Test Automation and Business Analysis CoPs (Community of Practises)- being the test strategy lead with focus on automation and business process digitalization (mapping the processes in Sparx Enterprise Architect tool)- establishing in-house pyhton based test automation framework with the support of test automation engineers from scratch after an intensive market research- coaching testers, business analysts and release managers on their personal level towards a more all round and higher professional level- supervising testing process and enabling to build up test case repository containing 8.000 test cases in one place- building a company wide wiki-based knowledge base (including step by step career paths for testers and business analysts beside lot of other stuff as environment/application/agile way of working/training pages, etc).

In an agile environment, I was responsible for: - coordination of UAT testing and releases for all tribes/squad teams from UAT towards production - preparing strategy for test and release management- managing tests and releases towards the UAT and Production environment with special focus on the quality of the delivery- leading the Change Advisory Board (CAB): responsible for addressing risks/ transparency about the issues- in case of major incidents in the developed software, I was in charge to manage the issue towards Product Owners and Tribe Leads - maintaining and executing the Test management policy and Release management policy

As Software Quality Management Team Lead, I was responsible in waterfall way of working for :- establishing the foundation of software testing methodology at NN- supporting company wide projects with creating test strategies and allocating my testers to each projects- introducing Test management policy and new bug ticketing system (JIRA) to increase the testing maturity

As IT Quality Assurance Team Lead, I was responsible for:- managing one of the 3 QA team at Allianz- defining the overall test strategy and implementing it in HP Quality Center ticketing tool- supporting back-end and front-end testing, participating in the whole QA process- gathering requirements, acceptance criteria and translating them to test cases; writing automation test scripts by using automated tool (HP Quick Test Pro)- working closely with test team members to capture and reuse automated test cases and other test objects to ensure test automation is implemented successfully- scheduling the time for each steps of the testing process- preparing status reports on testing progress - executing functional webservice testing with SoapUI Pro- managing all test environments.

As a Project Coordinator in Project Management Office (PMO), I supported projects from tendering through implementation till project closure.
