• Designing, developing, and manufacturing moulds and machinery equipment for thermal moulding technology, which is the core technology of Silueta – Technologies by MAS using SolidWorks and Creo software.• Handling mould designs related to key customers' products such as Victora’s Secret, Pink, Lululemon, Nike, etc.• Researching and conducting trials to improve productivity and reduce costs in design engineering and manufacturing, aligned with Silueta's new mission.• Initiating new design structures for an efficient and profitable output with the aim of attracting more customers.• Introducing Auto Moulding Technology to Silueta from design engineering aid, researching the latest technologies around the world, and conducting analysis to incorporate them into Silueta.• Closely monitoring the CNC mould manufacturing process and guiding the computer-aided manufacturing team to ensure a smooth process. • Guiding and supporting the CNC manufacturing team by providing the relevant technical knowledge to ensure manufacturing excellence. • Providing technical knowledge of 3D scanning and reverse engineering for the relevant teams.

-Attracting new sales opportunities and projects to achieve the sales target, increasing the pipeline, and representing the 3M brand at exhibitions and technical conventions.-Overseeing renewable energy and commercial divisions, including window, safety, decorative films, safety equipment, and automotive products. Building and maintaining promising relationships with key accounts (automotive product and commercial solutions accounts) and seeking new business opportunities.-Sharing knowledge on the technical know-how of 3M products with key accounts and customers and resolving technical challenges during business growth.-Winning key projects such as Shangri-La Hotel, World Trade Centre (The biggest window film project in Sri Lanka), etc.
