Product Technology Enablement Specialist
Current• Onboards and supports users on product technology systems. Create accounts, conducts introductory training, and acts as the primary point of contact for support issues, including helping with sign in issues, permissions issues, and intake new feature requests.• Manages internal and external change requests and incident tickets through Jira.• Analyzes root cause of technology issues, developing and documenting solutions. • Supports development process by gathering technology requirements and testing new system functionality. • Manages relevant projects by collecting requirements, scheduling meetings with key stakeholders, note-taking, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates to cross-functional teams. • Creates, maintains, and publishes technical documentation for systems and processes.• Conducts administrative system tasks such as regular checks to maintain data integrity, including duplicate records, out of range data entries, and reviewing change log data to resolve accidental edits. Maintains in and outbound data flows.
