As the IT Director, I am responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of our comprehensive IT infrastructure. This includes providing seamless assistance to our in-house team as well as external agents located in remote offices.Key Responsibilities:1. Remote Office Support: I efficiently support and troubleshoot IT issues for more than 12 remote offices using remote assistance programs and telephone communication.2. Firewall Maintenance: I am in charge of maintaining and monitoring firewalls in each office across multiple locations in the United States. Administration of Core Systems: I handle the administration of critical systems, such as Active Directory, IIS, Terminal Services, Exchange, CRM Database, and File Sharing. This involves maintaining their functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring data security.5. Social Media Management: I lead a team responsible for designing and maintaining our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This encompasses strategic planning, content creation, and marketing initiatives to maximize our online visibility and engagement.By leveraging my expertise and managing a skilled team, I contribute to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, enhancing productivity and facilitating effective communication within our organization and with external stakeholders.
