I have been in the financial services industry for about a decade now. Prior to Pearce Financial, I was working with a large retirement planning firm in San Diego, California. During my time there I learned many aspects of running and operating a large scale firm in a very competitive market working with Fortune 500 companies. From marketing and client relationship management to operations and training, I was able to gain the skills and knowledge in four years that can take some advisers a career to learn. During my time there I coordinated seminars across the country in areas such as Houston, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, to name a few, as well as conducted weekly nationwide conference calls. Prior to that, I worked with Principal Financial and Prudential in Tampa, Florida as a registered representative. Before I was in the finance industry, I worked in aviation at Tampa International Airport after leaving the U.S. Air Force where I served four years including a tour in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am married to my beautiful wife, Karey, and we are proud parents to our son, Landon, and our dog, Fudge. We enjoy, more than anything, spending time with family and friends. I enjoy golf (even though, admittedly, I'm not very good), reading, and cooking. We also enjoy travelling, kayaking, hiking, Landon's baseball, and let's not forget, Gator football (Karey is an Ohio State fan, but we won't hold it against her).
