For the first months of my tenure at Airtime I helped create their operations manual, employee manual and all training initiatives. I coordinated our job fair, doing a mass hiring of 80 crew members and additional management members. I also oversaw the planning stages of our point-of-sale, core practices and policies. In January, upon the departure of our General Manager I took over an increased role with being interim General Manager while still tackling my Operations role.In this new increased role, I directly managed all location management and ran all weekly management meetings. In this time I was also positioned to speak on a quarterly basis during our crew member meetings. I was able to create consistency in inventory management, have a hand in marketing ventures and take direction on all core social media marketing. As with many new companies, our first year was highly explorative and invigorating. In our first 3 months we had sales totaling over $375k, with sales increasing from month to month. In my time at Airtime I led the workforce in the implementation of safety, sales, operations, guest service, marketing, and human resources efforts across all shifts.
