• Qualifying candidates for Information Technology positions at all levels across the entire IT organization.• Negotiate complex compensation packages, including direct hire and contract roles.• Source active & inactive candidates from online resources, internal databases, research, and employee referrals • Act as a search expert for functional hiring needs, position specifications, and client requirements. • Partner with sales to generate candidate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process. • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications. • Qualify, educate, sell, and close candidates on qualified opportunities.
