- Managing teams of Graphic Designers, 3D modelers, Drafters, and Illustrators in the development of Schematic Design packages for Theme Parks- Creatively developing, designing, and producing live events throughout the country in partnership with Intel- Managing a creative team developing 3 Themed Shows for a theme park in Shanghai China; including a Daytime Parade with 13 floats and dancers, a Sea Doo nighttime show, and a Water Spectacular nighttime show with 7 floats and drones- Managing the production of venue graphics, print, web and motion graphics for the Disney Event Group and Disney Creative Entertainment- Leading the execution of internal Disney Marketing PR events for partnerships in Latin America and providing on-site event management in locations such as Mexico City and São Paulo- Managing a multi-year creative campaign budgeted at approximately $700k culminating in an event at Disney- Creating production schedules, project budgets, creative briefs, project scheduling, proofing and overseeing final delivery and installation of various elements for client events, as well as, providing onsite show support- Designing, implementing and managing streamlined website and mobile app development- Tracking expenses of all projects and providing upper management with a profit and loss statement after project completion- Authoring and implementing a Processes & Procedures protocol which includes a consistent naming structure, filing classification, and archiving process for the Graphic Design and Motion Graphics departments to help organize all current and archived assets

- Managed clients such as: 3M Health Information Systems, Sanford Burnham Medical Research Institute, Cord:Use Cord Blood Bank, Walt Disney World, and countless more- Supervised, trafficked, and proofed all print and web designs, web programming, and tradeshow and promotional item production, assuring that branding standards were met and projects were completed within budget- Created all estimates/deal memo’s and worked with the finance department to ensure distribution and payment of invoices in a timely manner- Produced an average 74% profit margin on all 3M Health Information Systems projects by effectively managing the design team and other parties involved- Authored and implemented a process and procedure for the Design Department

- Oversaw internal clients such as: Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, Disneyland Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Institute, Aulani, Disney Meetings & Conventions, Disney Youth, Disney Weddings, and countless more- Directed the overall production and finances of projects from requesting quotes, managing budget approvals, reviewing final artwork, requesting purchase orders and invoices, to entering project data into Disney’s project management system and ensuring jobs are on-time- Reviewed inventory reports and analyzing program material usage in order to re-print sufficient inventory for upcoming months- Worked closely with the Broadcast Production manager to coordinate and execute photo and video shoots- Involved in the organization, planning and strategy of marketing initiatives for the upcoming fiscal year
