I oversee operational management and international expansion efforts at Voice®, a thriving citizen network based at the UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing. Our focus lies in fostering collaboration between researchers, innovators, and citizens to co-design novel projects, products, and services within the realm of ageing and healthy longevity.In my role, I develop networks through the establishment and nurturing of global cross-sector strategic partnerships. These partnerships are rooted in shared goals, leading to mutually beneficial collaborations on various projects, programmes, and initiatives.I'm currently working on establishing international Voice® chapters (in Italy, Taiwan, Singapore, US, Canada and Australia) by cultivating partnerships and engaging closely with in-country stakeholders, including governmental bodies, industries, and community organisations. My approach thrives on creative and strategic thinking, as we delve into the 'why,' 'how,' and 'what's next' of collaborative ventures.I liaise with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualise new projects, devise digital solutions, and facilitate extensive network engagement and citizen co-design on a global scale.
