Prepare user-friendly and accurate operation manuals for packaging machines like Case Packer, Erector, Sealer, Palletizer, Fillers, Capper etc.. Ensuring that manuals are compliant with industry standards and regulations. Researching and gathering information on packaging machine operations, safety procedures, and maintenance requirement. Writing and editing operation manuals, instructions, and guides for packaging machines. Creating visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations to support manual content. Reviewing and revising manuals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Collaborating with technical staff, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure manual content is technically accurate. Preparing Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Design Qualification (DQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols and reports.Ensuring that documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Prepare and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments. Supervise and guide students in projects, research, and academic activities.Assessment and Evaluation: Set and mark assignments, quizzes, and exams. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and working groups. Contribute to the development of departmental and institutional policies. Engage in outreach and community service activities to promote the college and department.

Ensuring the quality of all types of molded products meet customer and industry standards. Conducting inspections and tests to identify defects and deviations. Reviewing and verifying ISO documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards. Conducting customer audits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling customer complaints and feedback, and implementing corrective actions.
