As part of the We Day artist department, my role as a casting agent was to host auditions for the grand opening of the event whilst providing artists development during this experience.My role as a creative director is to set the tone, direction and manage the delegate key players to ensure the performance is industry standard and made for televised broadcasting.While producing the dedicated team, as part of the artist development portion - dancers were trained to speak in public, prepared interviews, and understand call times for the show.We had the honor perform the only piece choreographed by a notable choreographer and studio owner, Kolani Marks of KM Legacy Studios from Los Angeles. This choreography is was an entrance piece for Martin Luther King the IIIrd in ode to his father Martin Luther King Jr.
