In this newly created position, I am building out Invest Ottawa's Talent service offering for Venture Path Clients. I work collaboratively with our Venture Development Team, Senior Advisors and outstanding Start-Up, Accelerator and high growth Scale-Up companies on all things recruitment and talent acquisition. Together, we are driving economic development and job creation for our thriving National Capital region.

• Work as a trusted partner to lead the full-cycle, end to end, 360 recruitment process for our clients and meet all of their talent acquisition needs.• Act as the embedded outsourced recruitment lead or bolster existing in-house teams.• Consult and advise on recruitment strategies, interview methods, process flow and candidate selection.• Facilitate and enable the connection of accomplished individuals with outstanding small, medium and large multi-national enterprises across Canada and the US, and some UK.• Successfully hire up to Director-level positions reporting to C-Suite executives.

Develop and evaluate coaching competencies at the entry, development and high performance levels within the Canadian pathway. This includes one-on-one coach mentoring and formal evaluations, professional development planning and execution, educational seminar presentations and facilitation of up to five-day advanced level coach certification courses within the Coaching Association of Canada pathway.

Develop Canada’s top alpine athletes for competition on the World Cup and Olympic games (2018 Pyeongchang). I worked with high achieving athletes striving for growth and success as athletes and people in and out of sport. With the goal of being the best in the world, I ensured athletes have the tools to succeed at the highest level of our sport via impactful individual programming for athletic development, personal growth, sound budgeting and complex logistical management.
