Curiosity has led me down many different paths and inevitably, I implement ideas and skills into my own projects and other peoples project for the fun of it. Here are some of the experiments I have done-->Pomegranate Group: While in college I somehow managed to close 14 website deals. I learned how to make websites from a project management class, that quite interestingly, I failed the first time around. Got a 5X return on that investment haha. Handled the client day to day, built sites using Wordpress and delegated design tasks to my designer friend. Good times. Cesar Gil the Uncertified Personal Trainer: Built an online course on how to get fit using the Stronglifts workout. It flat out never caught on, ran out of money. I did spend about 3 months learning about copywriting. I love copywriting. Maybe I'll run a campaign in the future. The thing works. During the process, I did manage to get 20 people on the Stronglifts program. Out of those 20, only 1 (that I'm aware of) is still consistently working out. I'm happy with that. R3detailing: After a year and a half after college I teamed up with my brother to help him with his auto detailing business. In 8 months, we were able to go from a couple sales a month to a couple sales a week. There is nothing like being on the front lines of execution. From capturing the lead online to buffing to a high shine at the customers location. That's what I call a hards day work. KatieTaylorBracelets: The GF likes to make bracelets. I like to market things. So I helped create a Facebook Presence. We went from 0 likes to 2000 likes in around 4 months. Built a website, created social media content. Went to vendor events to sell.
