Immediately after joining the Scheller College of Business, I was tasked with hiring 3 full-time employees, in order to both, meet the demands of college growth and to replace 2 staff members who had left the team prior to my arrival. Ever since then, I have been revamping IT processes and building a solid team of IT staff that have done much to:- Counteract the intense backlog- Reverse negative perceptions of IT Services (left with 98.5% satisfied customers)- Meet the evolving needs of the growing college. My hard work has allowed me to achieve the highest overall rating of "Exceptional" for my final 3 performance evaluations, as well as receive my supervisor's nomination for the 2014 Staff Excellence Awards.Throughout my 4 years at this organization, I have led my team in the completion of more than 50 projects within our IT project portfolio.
