As the Founder of A Greener Tomorrow, I’m leading a nonprofit on a mission to elevate women, minorities, and youth in the construction industry. Through initiatives like the Breaking Barriers: Women at Work docuseries, we’re telling real stories of women in the trades, breaking down stereotypes, and pushing for a more diverse, inclusive workforce. My role involves everything from securing partnerships and sponsorships to developing programs that create real opportunities for underrepresented groups. I’m passionate about making sure the next generation of construction leaders reflects the diversity of our world, and focused on building a more sustainable future for the industry—one where people are at the center.It’s about more than just increasing numbers—it’s about creating a culture where everyone thrives.

A Greener Tomorrow's (AGT) mission is to provide underserved people with opportunities in the construction skilled trades through education and training. A Greener Tomorrow was founded to ensure that other women and people of color are represented in the skilled trades and construction. As a non-profit organization, A Greener Tomorrow delivers education and career opportunities in the construction skilled trades to underserved populations. By providing technical assistance and services to women and minorities, we help them pursue construction careers and apprenticeships.
