A Greener Tomorrow is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, minorities, and youth in construction, engineering, and skilled trades.
Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment and drive the creation of a sustainable workforce culture in these industries, ensuring long-term growth and success for everyone involved.
In 2024, we launched the Breaking Barriers: Women at Work docuseries. This five-episode series, set to premiere in Spring 2025, highlights the inspiring journeys of women leaders in construction and skilled trades. Each episode focuses on a core theme—Authenticity, Resiliency, Legacy, Champion, and Groundbreaker—reflecting the values that drive a thriving and sustainable workforce.
By sharing these real-life stories, Breaking Barriers aims to attract young professionals, especially women, to these fields and inspire industry leaders to prioritize workforce well-being, mentorship, and innovation.
