𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Manager Technology QA𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀:• Ensure approved software development standards, processes and procedures are adhered to make recommendations on the adoption of industry best-practices.• Understanding the business requirements from BRD’s & FRD’s and generating test plan, test scenarios and test cases and getting it approved from BU’s.• Monitoring testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems, ensuring timely & accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle. • Executing test cases and any defects found logs it in the defect tracking tool and communicating the same to the PMO and Development Team.• Engaged right from the requirements & planning phase of the project in end-to-end QA Testing• Conducting automation feasibility of the test cases and making the script and executing automation test cases in automation environment. Providing support to Business Units in User Acceptance Testing.• Performing Web Application Testing for Wealth Management, Website Testing, Mobile Application Testing.• Established & enforced standard test processes and deliverables (including defect management and quality metric reporting) within the gated process to streamline testing and support automation and manual testing efforts• Insightful knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Java Programming, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG ->Keen to learn the same• Domain expert in Mortgage, Banking, Payment Applications, Financial and Wealth Management, Loan Servicing domains • Exposure on defect tracking tools Bugzilla , Assembla, JIRA and Redmine
