-Daily leads and manages entertainment team of over 50 personnel from 40 different countries and nationalities in delivering an enriching vacation experience .-Responsible for fostering a positive working environment and inspiring staff to follow company vision, goals and brand standards . -Mentoring and coaching team members through personal and professional challenges.
