• Effectively managing WFP’s Beneficiary Enhanced Selection Tool data.
• Managing and working with data (Verification, VAS, Beneficiaries data) using Excel and providing required analysis such as Pregnant Lactating women numbers, CBT, GFA beneficiaries numbers and departures using pivot.
• Conducting the beneficiaries data quality checks and checking the errors such as (Duplicated IDs and names, random symbols between the words) and reporting them.
• Coordinating and working with WFP Cooperating Partners (CPs) to collect the correct data and solving problems they face in the field.
• Editing, updating/correcting the collected for GFA and CBT data, and generating duplication reports and do the necessary adjustments.
• Designing the data collection tools (ODK – Open Data Kit tools) using XLS form.
